Memorial Garden

This application is for approval of the Committal of Cremains and/or order a commemorative marker for the Memorial Garden. GMUUC’s administrator will respond to the application request within one week of receipt.  To plan a memorial service, please contact the minister directly at minister@gmuuc.org .
